Once you have confirmed your password, ensure that you are not adding any blank spaces at the end, or capitalizing the letters?.

Empty your temporary internet files from your web browser, (please keep a record of log in details for other sites that you visit, as these will also erase when you empty your Temporary Internet Files). Sometimes your computer saves your password & username on unsuccessful attempts; if you accidentally mistyped one of them and the next time your computer may ' guess' by filling in the password for you.

Temporary Internet Files folder contains a kind of travel record of the items you have seen, heard, or downloaded from the Web, including images, sounds, Web pages, even cookies. Typically these items are stored in the Temporary Internet Files folder.

Sometimes the browser stuck at the previous temporary memory and not able to refresh but empty/clearing cache allows the browser to receive up to date info again.

Different browsers have different ways to empty/clearing cache.
